Pjva Gas Handling Agreement

This document reflects the common belief of the PJVA and CAPL that the only efficient and effective way to address the growing problem of no-deal shared well platforms is to create a precedent document that can be used as a starting point for the vast majority of platform sharing agreements. Industry Comments Submitted During the Development of This Agreement: Download the PJVA PDF file offers a full-day seminar dedicated to understanding construction, ownership and operating agreements. The content is aimed at those who have a basic understanding of the use of CO&O in the oil and gas industry and will cover most aspects of the agreement. The material will mainly focus on the 1999 CO&O PJVA agreement model and its use. The model agreements included comments and examples of exposures that offered the user a wide range of options to reflect different forms of trade agreements and the range of corporate preferences with respect to certain provisions. These models were used in conjunction with JP-95, which deals with fees in much more detail than the models. The objective of this course is to provide a step-by-step method for making adjustments during the 13th month. It also provides a great reminder for advanced and elderly people who want to refresh their skills. The morning will cover general concepts, factory agreements, definitions and sampling issues. For the rest of the course, participants will complete increasingly complex examples in a computer lab where you will create your own equalization model. That`s where it all starts! An idea to develop an oil and/or gas production field to provide cash flow to your business! In this exciting course for non-engineers, you will learn a wide range of engineering techniques that impact field development, facilities and operations that are ultimately transferred to the joint venture team to manage under an agreement. This course is an in-depth examination of different gas plants and petroleum facilities and each section covers reservoir and geology, collection and processing (cold, thermal, mining, transportation and marketing, upgrade, diluents, refineries) as well as environmental, stakeholder and regulatory issues for the product you produce. Most importantly, you will learn to understand your engineers and apply that understanding to joint venture agreements.

Please reply to: taskforce@pjva.ca by 1. March 2019 This two-day introductory course is designed to provide a basic overview and understanding of new construction, ownership and operation agreements, unitization agreements, gas handling and other agreements. The CAPL Joint Operating Agreement and the PASC accounting procedure, insofar as they relate to joint venture agreements, are also submitted by competent members of CAPL and PJVA. In order to make the most of this seminar, a participant should either have had limited contact with joint venture agreements or wish to update the current model forms for joint venture agreements. Prior participation in joint venture operations would be useful. Best suited for people working in engineering, land, operations, administration and accounting. If you are interested in any of the courses listed below, please contact the pjva@pjva.ca office to place your name on a list of “interested parties”. The objectives of the Task Force were (i) to develop a broadly acceptable industrial model of a tailor-made gas treatment agreement with a wider choice of options for the user; (ii) the development of a model tailor-made gas treatment contract that shares common terminology with the model custom gas treatment agreement, while retaining the different clauses required for transport; and (iii) maintain consistency with the 1999 PJVA model contract for the construction, ownership and operation of both models. PJVA revised the seminar on joint venture agreements with a greater focus on ownership and service agreements and the importance of creating and maintaining an appropriate agreement. Whether you need to create a gas handling agreement or a CO&O, this seminar will introduce you to the many PJVA contract templates and how to get the most out of them! The course is designed to give an overview of land arrangements, with a particular focus on farmout agreements and the CAPL operating procedure. It will also help to raise awareness among joint venture and accounting staff about the most important issues in land agreements and will give an overview of: This errata will be implemented in the 2015 version of the agreement. PJVA strives to ensure consistency in all agreements where possible, and this is a clause that we believe should be consistent in service agreements.
